About Us

Jacqui O'Shaughnessy established Woodbridge School of Dance in 1978. Starting out as a young girl's dream, Woodbridge School of Dance has grown from a small one room studio to one of the largest facilities in Middlesex County. Barbara Vari joined the staff in 1987.  She quickly became an intricate part of the day to day running of the studio teaching both recreational dancers and team members.  Jacqui and Barbara soon became partners and Barbara took over ownership of the studio when Jacqui retired in 2024. A big part of the studio's growth has been accredited to the dedication and unique styles of all of the teachers throughout the years.
