(Beginner) Students at this level will learn basic balance skills and strengthening exercises to prepare them for tricks such as summersaults, cartwheels, and handstands.
(Intermediate) Students at this level are really looking to move ahead to bigger and faster tricks. Class will have floor warm-ups and proceed down the mats with Intermediate tricks such as running round-offs through front and back walkovers.
(Advanced) Students at the advanced level are now using tricks in combination as they move across the mat. Class warm-up is a little more intense to instill the safety of the students at all times. Advanced tricks would include: back and front tumbling such as back handsprings, tucks, layouts, aerials. Discipline is a must at this level.
