Meet Alicia, a dedicated fitness enthusiast, loving mom of two energetic boys, and an avid coffee connoisseur with a passion for reading and cooking.


Growing up as a dancer at WSD, Alicia developed a deep appreciation for movement and the power of a strong, healthy body. This early experience ignited her lifelong love for fitness and inspired her to pursue a career in helping others lead healthier lives. 


Starting in 2003 as a Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, Alicia brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her fitness journey. Her dance background has given her a unique perspective on movement and form, allowing her to create engaging and effective workouts that cater to a wide range of fitness levels.


Over the years Alicia has advanced into speciality certifications for Strength and Conditioning Zumba, Cycling, TRX, and Flexibility / Mobility. She expanded within the industry into Fitness Sales & Marketing for RWJ and soon moved into Management. 


With a heart that beats for both her family and a healthy lifestyle, Alicia has found the perfect balance between being a nurturing mother and a fitness role model. She knows firsthand the challenges of juggling motherhood with maintaining a fit and active lifestyle, and she's on a mission to inspire and empower other moms to prioritize their health and well-being by living 'unLEESHed'.


When she's not breaking a sweat in the gym, creating delicious and healthy meal plans, or chasing after her boys, Alicia can be found with her head in a book. Whether it's a gripping novel, a self-help book, or the latest fitness research, she's always eager to expand her knowledge and share her insights with her clients and fellow moms.


With her contagious energy, love for fitness, and relatable experiences as a mom, Alicia is the go-to source for busy parents looking to prioritize their health while navigating the joys and demands of family life.
